The firm is Hong Kong-based, but many of the clients we support have international lives, international businesses, overseas assets, multinational operations or family members in different jurisdictions — an international perspective that shapes how we advise.
Trusted Union has grown from a Hong Kong insurance brokerage into an independent advisory firm developed around three advisory pillars, each supported by structured review, market access, documentation, renewal management and technology-enabled workflow.

The Story Behind Trusted Union
A personal origin, a deliberately broader future.
The firm was founded by Liam Morarjee, who has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2003 and has spent many years advising clients across the local and international insurance market. His experience shaped an early belief that insurance advice should begin with listening, understanding and proper needs analysis — not with a quick product recommendation.
Today that approach has been developed into a more structured advisory model — combining independent advice, market access, team-based workflow, technology-enabled process and human adviser judgement. Personal enough to understand the client, but structured enough to support businesses, multinational clients, family offices and private clients over the long term.
